SuperFOIL SF40 65mm

Description

SuperFOIL SF40 FR is one of SuperFOIL’s most popular multifoil insulation products that prioritises safety with its fire rated qualities. It’s 25mm thicker than the fire resistant SF19 FR, and provides excellent thermal properties while also safeguarding against the spread, growth, and heat of flames.

Whether it’s for new builds or retrofitting, SuperFOIL SF40 FR maintains the reflective radiant barrier qualities of SF40, which helps to keep buildings cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Additionally, it can be used in combination with various insulation products to enhance its thermal performance and ultimately reduce heating costs. For an eco-friendly option, SuperFOIL SF40 FR is constructed from 40% recycled materials.

This fire resistant multifoil has undergone BBA testing and has been granted a Class 0 Fire Propagation certification, as well as a Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame certification. These certifications show that SF40 FR is slow to ignite and doesn’t spread fire easily.

This product includes an R-Value of 3.58 for roofs, 2.53 for walls and 5.69 for floors.
