Orders, Refunds & Returns


Orders are only processed Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with your scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to give a scheduled delivery time for the day of your delivery. 

All orders/purchases made via the website, social media or by phone are covered by our T&Cs.

Refunds & Returns

In the event that a delivered product is damaged or faulty, we will exchange the product. Notification of any defects must be made within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you by either phone or email. 

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any exchange. 

In the event that you have over ordered a product, this will not be accepted as a return, so we recommend double checking measurements before placing your order. 

If for any reason your order needs refunding, we process all refunds manually and will need your account number and sort code to do this. This is not done automatically back to the card you paid on.

If a refund has been approved, this will be done the same working day and an email will be sent to you to confirm the refund transaction has been made.

Certain products are non returnable dependant on ours suppliers terms.
