Eco-Cavity is a partial fill cavity wall insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK. Eco-Cavity is ideal for use with masonry walls and can achieve good levels of thermal performance in thinner constructions whilst maintaining a clear residual air gap.

Application- Eco-Cavity partial fill cavity wall insulation boards are ideal for masonry walls. The boards are conveniently sized to coordinate with brick and block dimensions and to allow the insertion of wall ties at the appropriate spacing.
Thermal Conductivity – the thermal conductivity (or lambda value) illustrates how well a material conducts heat. The lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulator.
Eco-Cavity has a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all thicknesses.
Insulation Material – Eco-Cavity is a high performance rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation.
Facings – Eco-Cavity has an aluminium composite foil on both its inner and outer facing. This is bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
Dimensions – 1200mm x 450mm
Thicknesses – Eco-Cavity is available in the following thicknesses: 50-100 mm.
Pack Quantities – 50mm 10 boards per pack, 60mm 8 boards per pack, 75mm 6 boards per pack, 100mm 5 boards per pack.
Fire Class – Reaction to fire is measured with a Euroclass rating. Under System 4 AVCP, Eco-Cavity has a Euroclass rating of F.
