ECOTHERM INSULATION BOARDS
Eco-Cavity Full Fill is a cavity wall insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK. Eco-Cavity Full Fill is ideal for use with masonry walls and is suitable where the requirement is for insulation to completely fill the cavity, whilst maintaining a residual 10 mm cavity to resist moisture transfer.

Application – Eco-Cavity Full Fill allows users to optimise the full cavity with high performing thermal insulation, meaning U-values and Building Regulations can be met without altering standard construction designs.
Thermal Conductivity – the thermal conductivity (or lambda value) illustrates how well a material conducts heat. The lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulator.
Eco-Cavity has a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all thicknesses.
Insulation Material – Eco-Cavity is a high performance rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation.
Facings – Eco-Cavity has an aluminium composite foil on both its inner and outer facing. This is bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
Dimensions – 1200mm x 450mm
Thicknesses – Eco-Cavity Full Fill is available in the following thicknesses: 90 mm, 115 mm and 140 mm.
