PIR laminate is suitable for drylining internal surfaces where a high level of additional thermal insulation is required.

Product Make-up

Core
PIR Laminates are fabricated by bonding a sheet of PIR insulation, manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a blowing agent that has zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP), to tapered egde plasterboard.

Faced with a 12.5mm (≥ 37.5mm to 72.5mm board thicknesses) tapered edge gypsum based plasterboard on the front face while the hidden face is craft paper and aluminium foil
