Delivery Charges:
- Orders under £250 – £60 carriage
- Orders between £250–£500 – £42 carriage
- Free delivery on orders over £500 (excludes render, flooring compounds, Resonate products, and other items that require specialist delivery)
Please note: some product ranges do not qualify for free delivery due to their weight, handling requirements or delivery restrictions. These will be clearly indicated at checkout or advised at the time of ordering.
All prices above include VAT.
Collections are available — please contact us to arrange a collection time.
Postcode Restrictions:
We have limited coverage in certain areas. If your delivery address is within the following postcode regions, please contact the office before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery options:
KW, IV, AB, AW, SY, SA, LD
Collection
We may require the collection/return of the products within 10 days of the refund or refund request being made. To arrange for the product(s) to be collected, send an e-mail to katy@pinksinsulation.co.uk with your invoice or order number and details of the product to be returned.
Collection of orders that are refused at the collection address will incur a missed collection charge. Vehicles that cannot gain access to the collection address may be charged a missed collection charge and or return/restocking charges.
Please advise of any vehicle access issues in advance. Collections will only be collected from the original delivery address.
