Description

Sikafloor®-245 Level Deep Fill Ultra is a 1-part, thick bed, cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound for levelling out very uneven floors and screeds up to a depth of 50 mm in one coat. It is typically used for levelling floors prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet. When mixed as directed, the compound provides a free flowing/trowelable mix.

Usage

  • Levelling out very uneven floors prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet.
  • For covering Sand/cement screeds, Quarry tiles and terrazzo.
  • For covering existing, asphalt and tiling.
  • Suitable for underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables/pipes or on top of heated screeds.
  • Suitable for internal and external use.

Mixing Ratio

25 kg powder to 4.5 L clean water.

Layer Thickness

3 mm to 50 mm.

10 mm to 60 mm mixed with aggregates.

Substrate Temperature

Ensure floor temperature is >5 °C

Pot Life

40 minutes at 20 °C (substrate and air).

Setting time

Foot traffic

4 hours.

Time for covering

50 mm in 4 hours approximately for ceramic coverings on concrete and cementitious screeds.

Up to 1 day for 10 mm on other substrates.
